Patient Dental Care Resources

Thank you for choosing our office for your dental needs in Riverbank, CA.

At Bell Family Dentistry, we strive to provide a enjoyable environment where you'll feel confident in the level of dental care you receive. When you walk through our doors, you'll immediately be greeted by our friendly staff. Our biggest priority is always to make sure you feel welcome and comfortable here.

When you arrive for your first visit, please be prepared to complete all insurance and health information forms that will allow us to begin your dental treatment. For your convenience, these forms will automatically be emailed or texted to you when you book your appointment so you can fill them out ahead of time. We will review this information with you and ensure everything is correct before you head back for treatment.

Our team will then tell you a little about our office prior to reviewing your health history and other information. We want to ensure you feel comfortable and confident here, and we recognize taking the time to get to know each other is key. Your cleaning and x-rays (if needed) will then be taken with our state-of-the-art technology followed by an oral exam performed by Dr. Bell. Dr. Bell is a highly skilled professional with many years of experience in the dental field. His expertise combined with his warm, welcoming personality gives him the experience necessary to give you excellent care. His ultimate goal is to help you feel comfortable and love your time with us.

During your examination, Dr. Bell will thoroughly explain the details of your oral condition. Should additional treatment be necessary, Dr. Bell will provide an honest recommendation based on your individual needs. We pride ourselves in the fact that we do not over-treat or give unnecessary recommendations. We recognize that honesty is important between patients and team members, and we hope to earn your trust. If you feel unsure for any reason about a diagnosis, we are happy to provide second opinions with no strings attached. Our number one priority is that you feel comfortable and confident moving forward with any treatment.

We truly appreciate you putting your trust in us and choosing us for your dental care. Before leaving your appointment, we'll have you once again meet with our front desk team to get everything squared away and schedule your next visit. Prior to all visits, you will be sent a text or email reminder 3 days before, as well as 2 hours before, to remind you of your appointment.

Patient Resources

Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits.

We accept Delta Premier, MetLife, Cigna Delta Health PPO, Blue Cross 200/300/Complete, Prudent Buyer, Cypress, Principle Financial Group, Dental Health Alliance and Sun Life Financial. Once we have verified your coverage, we will inform you of your co-payment for each appointment.

Please understand that dental insurance is a benefit and that you are ultimately responsible for all charges. In addition, if you have had a change in your insurance coverage, it is your responsibility to inform the front desk staff of these changes so that our records may be updated.

Because insurance policies vary, we can only estimate your coverage in good faith but cannot guarantee coverage due to the complexities of insurance contracts. Your estimated patient portion (co-payment) must be paid at the time of treatment. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for treatment.

At all times, you can be confident that we will always provide you with our best services without regard to the limitations imposed by your insurance coverage. To do otherwise would violate our contract with you.

If you have any questions, our front office staff will be glad to assist you.
